Maintaining and building healthy blood means consuming foods HIGH in chlorophyll, such as: Chlorella, Spirulina, Super Blue Green Algae, Wheatgrass, Alfalfa greens, Collard Greens, Parsley, Cilantro, etc.,. Think deep green!

These supergreens not only detoxify the cells, they are rebuilding your blood, enriching, purifying and detoxifying the entire body. You'll notice it first by seeing how your skin and eyes start to glow! 

When we drink carrot juice, for example, the carotene makes our skin turn a bit orange because of the powerful pigments (Melanin). But when you drink coffee, does your skin turn brown? No. That's because it's not loaded with melanin, but it also does not have the highly charged enzymes, phytonutrients, antioxidants and pigments that these orange colored vegetables have. Here is a starting base recipe for you. Keep in mind you will learn your favorite tastes and needs as you juice and make smoothies daily. Your taste buds will change as your cells become cleaner and cleaner. It really is magical and delicious! Have fun!!

Green Meal

In your Juicer, juice the following organic ingredients:

3 cups organic Cilantro (large handful with stems) 
2 cups organic Parsley (handful with stems)
1 organic Cucumber (with skin)
1.5 inches fresh organic Ginger Root
2 organic Limes or 1 organic Lemon (with skin)
1 large organic Apple

To make it more of a full meal, take this next step.

In your Blender:

Add the above juices into your blender along with; 

1 large Avocado (ripe without skin and pit) or 2 medium sized Avocados

1 tablespoon Chlorella powder, Spirulina or Blue Green Algae

Blend on low for 30 seconds. Pour and feel how happy and satisfying it feels. Good fat is wise to add to your green juice to allow for better assimilation of the nutrients.  If you don't have an avocado on hand you can add these (olive oil too!) 

5 Good Fats


If you juice this DAILY for 1 to 2 weeks, your life will change and you'll start to crave greens, vegetables, fruits and super healthy food. It works!

You can change it up a bit day to day. Add some pineapple or orange. Key element is keeping it high in greens along with a good fat. 

If you're looking to get good results from a doctor's visit, do this a few weeks ahead of time and the doc will tell you that your blood is looking incredibly rich and healthy! And needless to say, you will feel amazing!!!
